i was told no comma before and as well, but same as food what is and isn't bad for you etc crap lol.

Yeah can't stand the 'Americanism's' that are now used not just by youngsters but also more mature presenters on the likes of BBC radio.A regular one now being used is 'from the get go'.....got to stop before I boil anymore of my piss.
