TV Fixture change

Sunderland AFC’s game against Accrington Stanley next month has been selected by Sky Sports for live broadcast.

The game was originally due to take place on Saturday 16th February at the Stadium of Light and will now be brought forward to Friday 15th February, kicking off at 7.45pm.

The game could be subject to further change, though, if Accrington Stanley progress to Round 5 of the FA Cup (they're playing Ipswich (at home) in Round 3 tomorrow).

The Blackpool match on the 12th Feb is one of the games in hand, re-arranged after being postponed earlier in the season due to international call ups.

The £10,000 we get for our match being televised @SunderlandAFC will be paid in advance to @officalassc to be used as a coach subsidy for away travel for our supporters. By supporters I mean not just supporters club members. They will meet and sort how it will be..
