Good news: TuttoMercato reckon we’re trying to secure a deal for Berge and will meet the €25m asking price.

Bad news: They’re saying it could possibly be an Alli-esque type deal that sees him remain with Genk for the remainder of the season.
That's odd, on Friday they said it was for a January deal

Did we try and change it to a cash + GKN deal?

It’s actually Jarrod Bowen, I just copied HBIC’s post, lol. Young Hull wing-forward who’s been in pretty good form the past couple seasons. Not really someone we need right now although if Lamela keeps picking up these injuries during the remainder of the season, for as much as I love the guy, it may be reaching a stage similar to Dembele where we just can no longer rely on him and thus will need to replace.

You’ll come round to Super Jack sooner or later.

I am more likely to staple my right nut to a blender and use my left nut to turn it on!

Another way to look at the Wail's list

Viktor Tsyhankov - how's Andriy Yarmolenko doing?
Tanguay Ndombele - kidnapping works as a legal form of transfers, right? Worked with Berbatov...
Eric Bailly - definitely nothing to do with six months of "Alderweireld for Bailly swap" headlines
Nathan Ake - negotiations will progress well right up until the Chavs activate the buyback clause
Jack Grealish - he won't be happy when Oliver Skipp takes the role he was earmarked for, will he?
Jarrod Brown - he's like an English Son...except Son was playing for Leverkusen when he was 22, not Hull

Twitter is rife with claims of any chances of signing Adrien Rabiot are slim as he considers Spurs’ level beneath his high standards.

So that most likely translates as we won’t pay the kind of wages he wants.

Ajax Raid Watch
Football Oranje are reporting that the player at the top of our summer wishlist is Ajax central midfielder Donny van de Beek

Be honest, how many of you assumed that sentence would end "Frenkie de Jong"?

That being said, DvdB does fit the number 8 role we have been lacking since 2012, although as he's just as capable at number 10 as he is a number 8 we can all guess how the headlines will assume he's an Eriksen replacement...

Chelsea have spent £60mill on Pulisic and loaned him back. No wonder we haven't found any value in the market <doh>
