The Oakland Raiders are due to be homeless next year......I wonder what that would be like? There's a suggestion that they could play a season in London... https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...option-to-play-all-2019-home-games-in-london/ For all sorts of reasons it's probably unlikely but if it happened, it's be a great opening for the new stadium to have a whole lot more NFL games to show what it can deliver, apart from a ruined playing surface at Wembley.
Can we actually go in and buy tickets on the day or is it all reserved seats and season ticket holders etc?
Looking better and better - although can’t help thinking the ‘squiggle’ M above the media cafe looks more like graffiti than a logo... paying homage to the area?
Alas, along with the law permitting the horse whipping of your man servant and being able to find a decent cook for less than a guinea a week, such days in England have gone, never to return.....more's the pity.
I couldn't agree more. It irritates me every time I see it and the horrible colour doesn't go at all. Shame, because everything else looks fabulous as Craig RH would say!
talkBALLS are suggesting the Oakland Raiders could be sharing our ST/\DIUM, their source apparently being Brian's post in this thread Here's a thought: as the Raiders would be paying a contribution during their stay, shouldn't we charge that other team who aren't from North London back rent? We'd have the ST/\DIUM paid off and still have enough for NDombele if we did...
The Mirror ran this story for about half an hour last night and then took it down again. All the fixtures, since the Mousers game, have started as being recorded as being played at the new stadium and subsequently been changed to Wembley. There's a better than even chance that this will be the same, given that it's a night game.
