It is. It was the one they issued in the Navy. My dad used to get hold of the odd bottle in the 1960s when I was a teenager which was difficult. Used to happily share his Lambs and Woods 100proof but I only got one tot of Pussers. You have to drink it right though. Knocking it straight back is not a great idea, it needs to be sipped. Original pre 1975 bottles can go gor £2500 and up.

You want to try Pussers if you like rum. There is a less powerful version, Blue Label, same recipe but 40% as opposed to 56%. Lovely stuff. I get it off Amazon.
