That’s where a DOF would be beneficial as they can buy the players with a long term plan in mind and then hire a manager that suits the players and style wanted.

Really not sure a caretaker manager will get to buy players, maybe if we were in a relegation battle. At the moment he would just be required to keep us hovering around the top six and improve the mood and style of play as a target.
