I love Poch too, as you know, and it would pain me a bit to see him at United, but it's the logical step for them. He'd do a great job there.
Not too sure why the Spurs fans are getting hot under the collar about saying that he's Woodward's first choice. That makes no odds, and you'd be naive not to realise that, ITK or not. Fact is, there are many other voices at United that will muddy the water. All I'm saying is that Woodward loves Poch (hard). There's an open offer from Woodward to him to pick up the phone to him if he wants the job. That bit you can believe or not, but it makes little odds to the reality of the situation. There's many a hurdle in the way though that might prevent that from happening, not least whether Poch would be interested etc (and that's without factoring in Levy etc). The fact that offer has been there a while and not acted upon actually suggests that Poch isn't *that* up for it right now. End of the season though, we'll see. United will likely go hard for him then.
Not read the thread yet but let me guess. Everyone having a collective **** at the thought of Spurs losing Poch over this Even though every weekend we get reminded that he's ****. Ok will catch up on thread for a giggle.
Everything you just wrote I could also write. “So and so wants him, he’s their top target and they’ll go all out for him but they’re gonna face hurdles so it may not happen”. That’s the model every ITK uses. Covers their tracks for if their guess doesn’t happen.
Ah bless ... sorry if some cold facts have tinged your ickle wickle moment of triumph ... you gnat's bell end ... oh ... and happy Christmas
