Lewis Ritson was an unused substitute yesterday - he is in a niche bracket of City players who have been on the bench for City, but never made their senior debut.

Here are some more. Do you know of any that are missing from my list?

Not without trawling through the records. Sergio Leite was the first player I ever questioned our signing of, but I seem to recall him making a cup appearance somewhere along the line. We've been so dire and lacking depth these past few years, most of our youth players have got their chance.

Nicky Featherstone is 31 next year. He's older than Markus Henriksen. That worries me.

Match halted while City youth launch a huge pyrotechnics and smoke bomb barrage

Millwall crowd gets all bouncy and the atmosphere ends up like River Plate v Boca Juniors...under 11s

1-0 loss, scrappy goal from a corner that they shouldn’t have been awarded, dreadful refereeing decision, but still better than VAR

Oh and the pies will be cold

Channel 64 on now

Boca v River Plate

Free to air

Bravo Sir!

When you've seen 'Evita' a few times and your currency has been devalued yet again, why not take a trip to Europe?

Funny how many can go at relatively short notice from an impoverished country with currency problems.

I wish we could get the atmosphere here that they do at their games. Though of course we couldn't jump about like they do in Boca Juniors ground in such a high, steep stand as West Upper obviously.
I know 3 people who went to Boca v River Plate before they banned away fans in Argentina and they all say it was the best atmosphere they have ever experienced anywhere.

What to say?

No flag waving ballboys.

No flasks.

No " Do you mind not parping that horn I can't hear the scores from the other games?"

No mouthbreathing stewards

No Sheff Wed oompah band just proper skilled percussionists and trumpeters.

Of course I realise, as I said before, we couldn't do this at the KC as standing up in Upper West, never mind jumping about and throwing paper about, is dangerous there as it is so steep and high.
They were discussing lack of atmosphere at games in England on some programme recently and reasons given were all seater stadiums and the acoustics as the newer stadiums had high roofs which didn't keep the noise in. They don't seem to have a problem at their all seater grounds with no roof at all. Maybe it is to do with how many actually join in.

Of course in some countries if there aren't enough trains they just storm onto one going the other way, turf everyone off and demand to be taken to the game. Wonder if we will see that happen with Hull Trains and see similar scenes at King's Cross?

Yeah it's a shame we don't have more violence at our games, and more people attacking the other teams players bus, so we can get them moved to an entirely different continent.

Brilliant.
