No not saying he deserves it but he just hadn’t really been given a run
Not got sympathy from me either not overly fussed I just thought One of the reasons for leaving the chavs was to get more of a crack at game time but it coincided with us having more important games.
Just thought it might put a youngster off as he seems to have had the same sort of chance as at Chelsea

I still chuckle at this on the first page if this thread. It reminds me of my own comments about Salah after he missed many chances in the first few games last year or some of our 'friends' comments about how good Martial, pogba and Lukaku will be in one team. Funny old game

Hindsight eh. Wonderful thing.
Wasnt there the debate about who would be a better player between Sterling and Macheda at the time when they were breaking through into first teams etc.

When you see a t rex you really don't notice his tiny puny arms. All you see is his gigantic bulbous head. That's pickford st first glance. Big bulging head with veins popping but pretty soon you realise he's just bottled it under pressure and is shouting and moaning to compensate.
Fabinho is like Eddie Murphy in trading places. If he's got legs he hides them well.
