"or an Enrique imposter stirring up trouble?"

I doubt even our club would fine Enrique two weeks wages for somthing an imposter posted on tweeter?

"So, the Pardew walking thing being pure fiction aside, it would not be in the best interests of the club for us to change manager,"

Yes I agree, at the end of the day any replacement would be working under the same restraints as Pardew so what would be the point or usefulness of it!

"what many consider to be a relatively successful transfer window and the creation of what looks to be a solid good quality team that can really kick on from last season .. "

Pardew admitted before the window closed that the squad was not as strong as last season and the signing of a striker would rectify that, if Ba does not come good this season (whether he will or not, who knows, I bloody hope he does) then we really are going to struggle for goals and there won't be any "kicking on I'm afraid.

****e anology! Comparing the situation at the club and what I have said with an actual life??? Completely irrelevant!

so in my analogy:
Medic takes a tough job, knowing that he will have a limited capacity to do his work, due to constraints from his employers. Going gets tough and he quits his job at the worst possible time leaving those affected up **** creek.

Hypothetical Pardew scenario:
Pardew takes a tough job, knowing that he will have a limited capacity to do his work, due to constraints from his employers. Going gets tough and he quits his job at the worst possible time leaving those affected up **** creek.

totally different...

We're not there, we don't know what's going on inside the club, so we shouldn't make stupid statements like "he has no balls" or "just shows how spineless he is", because we don't know what's happening in the club because the fat **** wont talk to us!

Even the Mike Ashley supporters can't defend him in that area. He never talks to the fans, never lets us know what's happening.

There might actually be a real reason behind the scenes that would make Pardew leave, but we don't know. So lets not judge.

Heck i don't even know why i'm going into such depth here, it's just a rumour, probably horse **** stirred up from twitter as usual.

So you expect me to take the same stance when my life depends on it? Seriously?

Seen this rumour around yesterday. Lee Ryder has denied it is true on twitter however on skybet his odds have dropped from 14/1 to 7/1 in the last few days.

Hope it isn't true but I could see it happening!!!

Why would a puppet walk away from a job he isn't qualified to have and is punching above his weight as he is nothing but a Championship manager at best?

Never gonna happen.

Ashley cud sleep with his wife and call him a c*nt to the media; and he still wouldn't leave.

No we're not there but I do have eyes and ears and can see and hear Pardew on the TV telling us one thing only for the board to do the opposite! Someone is not telling the truth, either Pardew is lying to us directly or the board are telling Pardew lies and he's simply telling us what he has been told by the board. I'm pretty sure Pardew is not going to put his neck on the line as he has done on a few occasions now and tell us blatant bullshit (as proven by later events) so it must be the board constantly shifting the goalsposts after Pardew has been told something and made a statement (just like what was proven at the Keegan tribunal).

That being the case he still comes out with these statements on the TV time and again.

Thats not an assumption, thats right there in front of us all so how am I making "stupid" statements using the facts?

How? If he quits then he's showing he has balls and will stick up for himself. If he continues then he's showing us that he is Ashley's yes man with no authority at this club and will continue to feed us bullshit and take us for fools! How can you respect someone like that? Keegan walked for the same sort of reasons and has my respect for it.

Agreed

And mega LOLZ at some ****** comparing it with a life or death situation

Does anyone else think that this could be a publicity scam? Spread rumours about Pardew leaving so that we side with him and forget our annoyance at no-striker-gate?

Just a thought.

Think we're almost there ... :)

Just on Enrique .. last quote I could find from Pardew on that was:

Pardew said: "Jose showed no motivation to sign a new contract and when a player is in the last year of his contract it is a difficult situation .."

Enrique didn't want to stay, he wanted to move on and progress .. not sure you can blame Pards, Ashley or anyone else at the club for that .. and it doesn't (or shouldn't) reflect a lack of authority on AP's part.

Nobody at NUFC has anything like the PR savvy to think up a devious plot - - they are as bone headedly incompetent at managing their image as they are at signing strikers.

Pardew has had a hissy fit and the international break has given him a few days out of the spotlight to cool down. He will be backin a couple of days trying to make the best of it.

But Pardews original statement was that the club had offered him an improved contract, I'm sure Pardew described it as "fantastic". Enrique then felt he had to come out on twitter and deny it! Enrique told us that the club were lying. Do you not think this made Enriques mind up about moving to another club? Epecially showing the lack of ambition to match his own. I certainly do.

I expect you to have no respect for someone who walks out on their responsibilities (having known what they were getting in to) at a terrible time

Walking out of a job that costs sombody their life is criminal and should result in a jail sentance.

So do you think it's criminal to walk out of a football club???? If Pardew walks do you want him prosectued and jailed? Come on. Seriously?

dont know why AC sale is being brought up we turned down crazy bids of 20 and 25m from suprs, if mike wanted to make a quick buck he would of jumped at 20m i know i would of. if people are suggesting that we should of kept carrol because pardew promised we would despite the 35m offered for him tehn they are crazy! when pardew promised we would keep carrol he probably on expected 10-15m bids max i know i did. the fact people think we should of kept hold of our injury prone striker just so pardew would 'keep his word' are plain stupid, i couldnt be happier with sale tbh.

as regards to striker we had 3 top targets gamiero, gervinho and erdnic. we got bids accepted for gameiro and erdnic 10m and 8m respectivly, THEY TURNED US DOWN!! not mikes fault or pardews! they we went after a few other players and got nowhere, in the end we nearly paid 12m for ruiz which would of been shocking! all in all im dissapointed strikers didnt want to come here but who could blame them? as much as i love NUFC we arnt in europe, we no longer pay big bucks, the fans and the chairman dont get on and most of all we are very fickle fans who are know to give players, managers and the board a hard time, if i was a player i wouldnt even move here and i love the club ffs!

as for enrique we offered him a new deal which was roughly the same a tiny bit better and he didnt want it, fine by me. he was happy to stay he when we were relegated because he was a poor player on 50k a week, but after 1 good pl season a better offer comes in and hes off, people say would should be grateful for him staying here when we were relegated? no one fukin wanted him thats why! he should be grateful we kept him after what a waste of money he was looking! then 1 good pl season and hes off like a shot after leading us on for months!

i dont like ashley really, he clearly doesnt give a **** about us fans, but im not pathetic enough to blame him everytime we dont get our own way! i for one have never been happier as a fan to be honest, for once we are buying young cheap players and building a team, the club from a business pooint of view has never been run better.
