https://uk.yahoo.com/news/police-officers-slam-decision-allowing-235300244.html Well, well, well. I wonder if a young honky would have been treated in the same manner.
The court heard of Gardner’s troubled upbringing, including, at the age of 13, finding his brother dead from a seizure. The judge was also told the teenager claims to have been the victim of a kidnapping at the end of March, where he was held in a “trap house” for ten days and forced to sell drugs. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
The teenager, from Thornton Heath, who has a previous conviction for attempted robbery of a schoolboy while brandishing a pocket knife, has spent nearly six months in custody awaiting his trial. He walked free on Tuesday following the sentencing hearing on the condition he stays at home at night with his mother for the next nine months. Despite having a previous conviction for a knife related crime the judge thinks sending him home to be looked after by mammy is satisfactory. I would lay a small bet that his Moms didn't have a f.ucking clue as to his whereabouts when he was filmed brandishing a foot long knife. But she is expected to keep him in check for the next 9 months? I am sure we are all hopeful that he has finally learned his lesson and will be on the straight and narrow from now on.
In order to ensure there is balance to this thread I must point out that not all knife wielding maniacs in London are troubled darkies.
You're not wrong PC Plod. You would have kicked **** out of him before being dishonourably discharged.
