I'd suggest Burnley are more likely to be towards the bottom end than West Ham, come the end of the season. So West Ham re-taking the lead doesn't bother me.
 
Total of three points picked up between Cardiff, Newcastle and Burnley. With Palace having a trip to Chelsea to come, and at least three points to be dropped in the Huddersfield-Fulham game. I'll begrudgingly accept that.

I fully expect some jobsworth to be along any minute with the 'rules are rules, blah blah blah' spiel.

Common sense meant he should have used his discretion and left it imo, hardly doubt he would have been hugely pulled up on it.
