With Seaborne having just been assaulted, and Barnard being charged with assault, what are peoples opinions on a there being a potential problem within the squad there?
theres no problem in the squad, seaborne was the victim, completely different to what allegedly happened with barnard
the conclusion i've come to: Seaborne is a mouthy bastard, always thought he was from the way he acts on the pitch anyway. Barnard's an aggressive bastard. There is not problem with the squad in general. there is no evidence to substantiate this.
This makes no sense. How can two separate and opposite occurrences have any links to squad behaviour and relationships??
Unless you were there for either of the incidents, you don't actually know what happened. The only thing we know in either case is that one of our players was out having a drink in a nightclub on his legitimate time-off for R&R. Until we know the facts of either case, I can't actually see a problem. The one thing I do know is that there will always be kn0bheads who will have a go at celebrities/big men/footballers/whoever to make themselves look big.
Seaborne yesterday was fighting for his life in hospital because he had just been assaulted. Barnard was charged with assaulting someone last year. Im asking the users of the forum on their opinions as to whether this will cause a conflict between the two.
Jeez. Im sorry, i forgot that your not actually allowed to start valid threads on this forum without being dismissed by 'superior' members.
Look, mate, I am not being "superior", I genuinely can't see the connection you're trying to make between the two incidents, neither of which either of us really knows anything about first hand. Dan is still in hospital and we should all be praying for his speedy and complete recovery, not speculating about any possible conflict between him and another player whose fate will be decided in court next month. PLease don't take this as a personal attack, it isn't, but there really isn't any need for this sort of thread at this time. Thank you for listening.
If you take a minute to think before trying to put down everyones threads you will see that it does make sense. If, for example, your brother was killed by someone, and then you go to work the next day with a man who had killed someones sister or whatever, you would hate their guts and would not want to be anywhere near them would you? Now i understand that assault is not on the same scale. But the idea is the same. If i had just had my head kicked in to an inch of my life, i would not really want to be around someone who had done the same to someone else.
