I assume Matth is autistic, if he is then he's not going to get onside. But the lad is alright you just need to explain things. Autistic people are very structured in what they do, you can tell that from the video's, same room, same spill, very ocd for want of better words.

That's different. If you do heavy labouring then someone weak has shhite is a health and safety risk to you, especially if he is helping you move stuff. You would be within your rights not to work with him, if you can prove he has been a hinderance. Whereas this is just an internet forum, so your risk is errrrrr
Anyway @Commachio you seem to forget i had to put up with Hoadie for several years, fooking Matth is a breeze in the park compared to him
