Yeah we did mate, was against Getafe in the UEFA Cup.

Remember being in the stand and getting a text, initially thought it was bollocks but then loads of others were getting texts as well. Fans were gutted, disgusting way to treat the guy who got us on the right track. His name was sung for the rest of the match.

As a Spurs fan I’m generally a fan of everything Levy’s done for us but that was by far his lowest point.

By a country mile. Jol was loved by us.

The stadium **** up, as annoying as it is, is more to down to Mace than Levy. Although Levy/ the board could’ve done better to appease fans after the fiasco.

He was a nice guy too - a friend of my brothers from when he was managing in Holland.
I met him when I went to pick some tickets up from WHL. He came down specially to meet me and ask how my brother was.

always thought Jol came over as one of the good guys so like you thought that was an uncalled for dig.
