If it was anybody else I’d have a bit more sympathy. But the way Maureen has treated people with contempt over the years and then cries about demanding respect ?

I don't get how you see it getting better if they sack him, seeing as the Glazers and Woodward will still be there?

Like it improved when they sacked Moyes? Like it improved when they sacked van Gaal?

Until they are gone, it's not going to improve. Regardless of manager.

Me personally, if I was a manc, I'd want the board and the manager to stand full square and get rid of the players not pulling their weight. Can't imagine many manc's on here agreeing with that but I hate to see the tail wagging the dog at a club. Players need to know who's boss and that it ain't them!!!

At the same time the board would need to tell Mourinho to just shut the **** up with his comments about players.

We all know that none of that is going to happen though.

Our club has suffered over the years from weak leadership and disruptive player power. Hopefully we've now got an owner talking the talk and who's just sacked 2 players because the manager didn't want them back in the changing room! It'll cost us, and we can't really afford it but the owner has decided their residual market value isn't worth the grief they'd cause being back in the squad.

That's what I want to see at my football club. The board firmly backing the manager, the manager managing and the players doing what they're ****ing paid to do! Play.

For people like the Glaziers, who have absolutely no real love for soccer, the cash-cow that is called "United" is not about winning trophies, it's about money. Mourhino is a clown, and entertainer, and he grabs headlines. That equals money, Matth.

Not if the results keep going the wrong way. The share price is down 18% in the last month, from $25.70 to $21.12
