Just found this on the Spurs v Barca thread, Spurs fans live in a completely different world, a very delusional one!

"Many Spurs fans wont be aware that both the Ajax (total football) and the current Barca style evolved at Tottenham but Barcelona certainly will be very much aware. It will be like going back to their roots tonight, whether it will inspire them or make them a little nervous has yet to be seen.
COYS!!!"

<laugh>
what....

as in... what kind of mentalist posts that.

Las vegas rape case reopened.

As i predicted. Directly elected district attorneys in us cannot let a major public case alone so the instant this has broken they have reacted.

Lets see what happens now. They have the complaint so they have a cold case they can just reactivate. they have a rape kit of unknown details and now they have a name, witnesses and location.

Apparently a Scottish Spurs player from 1912 is responsible for Barca's success.

"Nor the Scottish contribution, without Peter 'the Great' McWilliam, born in Inverness, there may not of been Arthur Rowe at Spurs, no push and run, no Bill Nick, no Vic Buckingham, no double, no Ajax total football and Barca might just be a mid table side.

Not so sure about modern though, Peter the Great joined Spurs in 1912. Perhaps it could be said that the media rarely gives credit to Spurs contribution to football, period."

This feller obviously believes what he posts.<laugh>

thinking on this....

Why don't more spurs fans not whine about how far their club has fallen and how they are so incapable of applying the very thing they invented.

unless of course they are incapable of it.

Jose Mourinho Reportedly 'Barely on Speaking Terms' with Manchester United Stars
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly an "isolated figure" at Old Trafford, where he is "barely on speaking terms with many" of his players, including club captain Antonio Valencia.

According to the Daily Mail's Chris Wheeler, Mourinho was critical of Valencia and dropped him from the squad to face West Ham United over the weekend after he did not attend United's Carabao Cup exit at the hands of Derby County, and the pair do not speak regularly.

Alexis Sanchez is also said to be "furious and contemplating his future" with United after Mourinho kept him out of the team him for the Hammers clash.

Oh also last time real actually won the league beforr zidanes win was 11/12 by Jose and 07/08 by capello so it's hardly like real were winning the league all the time. It's been dominated by Barca.

Theres question marks about his ability with transfers as he's never really made any (got assensio kovacic and a couple of others on the cheap) and ability to coach players to higher levels but in terms of management and tactics I don't think there's many arguments against it.
And yet Barca have also declined in recent years. Lost Xavi and never replaced him, Iniesta plays less and less, Neymar went, Alves has gone. They've lost big part players and replaced them with players half their calibre. Coincides with Real's superstars remaining; they've only lost unwanted players in that time until Ronaldo this year. One club growing weaker, one club remaining strong...suddenly they're performing and even then, inconsistently.
Surely Zidane also got the best out of players winning all that ****. <whistle>

Also with respect to his unlimited money you realise Zidane had a net spend of -50m
Eh, my opinion on performance is that it doesn't necessarily relate to results. Seen teams play **** and win games enough times. Even in the CL final, we battered them until we lost Salah and had no pressure on half the pitch meaning their fullbacks could push up again. He had the money if he needed it. But then, difficult to replace a squad of superstars!

I'm probably being overly harsh, but I don't just think he's done enough to justify his reputation so far. I'd be very wary if we were lining him up right now to replace Klopp...

Zidane has done enough and is a big enough name that he will only get big jobs where he will have good players and can spend money. So he is always going to start from a good platform

Neymar has literally only left last year (when they didn't win the league).

Sure Xavi left but his replace Rakitic is pretty up there as one of the best in the world and Iniesta played less but Iniesta is still top quality (see him running the spanish team in the world cup) and Busquets is still pretty much world class.

That real league that Zidane won was against this barca team (let alone talking about the CLs)

Neymar, Suarez, Messi
Rakitic, Busquets, Iniesta
Alba Pique, Mascherano, Roberto
Stergen

That's hardly a mug team with inferior bits all over. It was only the team that won the treble the year before. Probably one of the best front 3 this century.

Rakitic isn't world class. If you wrote a list of the best midfielders in world football, he wouldn't get a mention. Iniesta doesn't complete 90minutes these days, Roberto isn't a scratch on Alves. Their bench is atrocious apart from Dembele who's very raw and young. Far worse XI and squad than even 3 years ago.
