    I do a nice one with Lemon and sultanas in it, very nice, got from an Ainsley Harriott cookbook. Just saying.

    I used to be a chef and I always wondered what Ainsley would be like in a kitchen away from the TV cameras.

    I had a mate who worked for him and he's as verbal as Ramsey apparently and doesn't like his catchphrases being used in his kitchen.

    I just spent ages typing up a brilliant recipe and lost it because I forgot to bypass the proxy first :(

    Maybe next time. Was going to reveal my signature dish with all the little hints and tips
