Now that Thick Mick has cast the ever popular Weekender threads into the dustbin of mediocrity I thought I would start a new thread that furnishes him and all the other mutants who used to use those threads to inundate me with requests about films and TV they could watch over the weekend to fill the void where their lives should be.

So here are a few suggestions. Watch them don't watch them. I don't give much of a **** either way. Just don't annoy me with fùcking stupid question whilst I'm busy filling my weekends with top notch social interaction.

Films...

Hotel Artemis is pretty good

The Hurricane is decent. True story of heroic Polish pilots during WWll

Mandy is a total head ****.

Extinction is quite good

TV..

Get Shorty. Now on it's second series you should all be watching this.

One Dollar. Not great tbh but an ok time filler .

Mr Mercedes very decent fist of the Stephen King trilogy.

The good cop. Formulaic cop show that's only redeeming feature is that it stars 80s icon Tony Danza. One for the ladies and ST.

@brb sticky this **** pal.

Is Power any good?

The Bodyguard is good. The Jock that plays the lead is a tad annoying. Wooden even.

King in the north my arse. :emoticon-0114-dull:
I don't know much about the guy, but he doesn't strike me as a James Bond in the making. Too weedy and too ugly, in my opinion.

I enjoyed the Picasso series of Genius. Not as good as Einstein, but still decent.

There's a series about the Medicis you might like. Medici- Masters of Florence which, funnily enough, also stars Richard Madden. He is less annoying in that though.

Dustin Hoffman also makes an appearance .

Because I was waiting for your valued opinion for 3 weeks, obviously. Idiot.

You hear ER's name is Chris <laugh>
So you fancy watching a programme but you wait 3 weeks to see if I enjoyed it ?

And I'm the idiot?

Is it really, I don't care tbh.

Quite fancy 'Hurricane' at the 'flics'.

TV suggestion; if not already viewed do a 'catch up' on the first three episodes of series 3 of 'No Offence'.

Did I say I fancied watching it, if I fancied watching it, I would have watched it by now, I was merely asking if you had seen it and if it was worth a watch.

And don't ever say you don't care about Chris again, you complete and utter prick.

I like Chris.

So asking over and over again about the same show is not evidence that you are interested in watching it?

I don't care about Chris. I don't care about anybody in here.

Well mibbe Ponders but only because he's a wee soul.

The reason I asked a few times is because you didn't answer me. You do care about us all, don't lie.
