I think it'll take at least 7/8 years to get Rooney out of the England team, and if I'm being honest I doubt Oxlade-Chamberlain will be anywhere near a full England XI in the next few years.

It's hard to predict how players will develop, but the centre half pairing of Smalling and Jones definitely looks to be a winner <ok>
