Mind you, I did buy some pipe clips recently on Ebay for a 83mm external diameter pipe and they were advertised as 3" but that's only 76mm. Confusing. Unless one is internal diameter and the other external perhaps.

Imperial is measured as ID and metric OD. Then you have the class of pipe, imperial goes by a class rating C, E, D but metric goes by pressure rating 10bar, 16bar.
No, we’ve been using metric pipe since the late eighties.I blame Cameron and Brexit
I hope his head doesn't get turned for his sake as well as yours. Too many promising youngsters not getting meaningful game time.
There should be a limit on overall squad size (Not just the playing squad of 25), it would be better for some of these guys to be playing in lower prem sides or championship sides week in week out than getting the odd cup game or 5-10 mins once a month.
Perhaps top teams should be allowed to buy options on a player. They stay with the current club with the man cities of the world paying a non refundable deposit to buy a player in 1, 2 or 3years time. Don't know if it would work, but the FA need to do something to stop this happening.
