His father is but I think his mother's Irish. I know he's an American international but he was born in Essex and been with Spurs since he was eleven so I think his father's nationality is irrelevant

Now we've signed no one I hope he stays until January at least.
What I am saying is I don't want him to leave, but I believe and I might be wrong that there is still time for the money grabbing owners to move him on, dur to the different times that the markets close.

Think the Turkish window closes September 1st, still not sure though that we can transfer out after our window closes, perhaps someone can shed some light.........

I would guess only if released from contract, if he goes on a free, he is still under contract, so doesn't matter if it is free or 10m, he isn't a free agent.
Potts happy with the squad but it is a shame we could not persuade any striker to come here......Players have got to want to come in the first place and importantly accept the wage structure now, If they wanted more money then quite rightly we dont want them......We have enough players and we are not doing too bad either and under Potts, Reed and Curtis i can only see us improving....I dont want to see any money grabbing players coming to the club ever again....Those who dont agree tough....
