Feel sorry for the old woman tho no one deserves that (well apart from you know who)

I agree but what did people expect?
A whole congregation of people were just going to disperse and never be heard of again?

The club could solve this problem instantly by giving us a singing section.

The reality of it is, in the health and safety nightmare that is this country, the club have to be seen to be doing something about people blatantly flouting strict laws regarding the safety of football grounds. It's certainly more enjoyable standing up at the match and it creates a better atmosphere, but I can't help think it'll be the idiots that ruin it for everyone like they always do.

They moved the 80 year old to another seat in the ground but she stated she was inundated there with swear words by a 19 year old believed to be from the Whitley Bay area.

"It was terrible" she stated, "It was swear here, swear there. At one point he began to shout 'Ashley out...' comments and finished them with '... to Greggs the fat'... well; I won't say that word'.

"A Spanish tourist next to me called him scum and I agreed. He didn't care though and lambasted the foreign visitor with tales of surviving terrorist attacks at the age of twelve" she continued.

The club are looking for the culprit.

Surely the FCB is going to make a loss as well? Less ticket seats in the South east corner and an expanded away end that will never be filled.

Arsenal: Stand up in the corner opposite the away end.
Villa: Top tier behind the goal all stand up.
Blackburn: Far side, a group of them stand up.
Bolton: To the right of the away fans, around 2 sections are all stood up.
Chelsea: Fans behind the goal opposite away fans all stand up.
Everton: Fans behind the goal all stand up for the majority of the game.
Fulham: Section at the back of the stand opposite away end all stand up.
Liverpool: The whole Kop stand.
Manchester City: Sections either side of the away end all stand up.
Man Utd: Sections next to the away end and the Stretford End all stand up.
Norwich: Fans behind the goal near away end all stand.
QPR: I remember a section at the side of the pitch on the far side to the away end standing up.
Stoke: Fans on the far side and the section next to the away end all stand up.
Sunderland: The corner next to the away end all stand up.
Swansea: Fans on the side of the pitch all stand up, quite a large section.
Tottenham: Fans behind the goal next to the away end all stand up.
West Brom: Section next to the away end all stand up.
Wigan: 1 section at the side of the pitch all stand up.
Wolves: Stand behind the goal all stand up.

Every single club in the Premier League do it, so I do not believe we have to be coming down as hard as we are. Its pretty clear it is MA's way of punishing those who sang against him.

How the hell do you know this? Mind you I think many people on agree with you as to why Ashley move the fans.

This may sound bad but I want the **** stirrers to keep stirring, maybe that way the club will give in and the fans will get a decent outlet.

You know that tannoy message that gets drowned out by singing at every away ground we go to. The one that sounds like 'blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah'. That's the message for us to sit down I've been told.

Heard it many times. We just laugh it off.

I would love to speak to someone who actually backs this health and safety ****.
