Just watched the morning edition of MOTD ... now I'm not complaining about Vardy's sending off (under the rules as they stand)... but for the life of me, I can't see how Jordan Pickford's against Ings didn't warrant the same if the same rulesf ("excessive force") are applied ...

Also, for those who played in the 70's - 90's like me ... Vardy's would have been deemed a good ball winning tackle <laugh>

Pickford wellied the ball clear as he ran out and his foot got caught on Ings shirt as he followed through. Steptoe caught Coady knee high over the ball. Not even the vaguest equivalence.

Watching the highlights now. How does the ref miss Kennedy kicking the Cardiff player?

Yeah I saw that live. Crazy, red card all day long.

Watching MOTD now. Woke up late as I was busy getting sucked off. ****ing catch up isn't HD ffs. Mrs should know better tbh.

Ings running at full force into Pickford's clearance is nowhere near as bad as Vardy diving in with his studs knee high into Doherty's planted leg, if Doherty was more firmly planted that could've ended his season, Ings at worse has a bad scratch on his back.

You have to ask yourself, if any other player but a goalkeeper did that anywhere else on the pitch, what would you expect the Ref’s response to be?
