Excuse brb, WJ, he is selling himself short there .... sometimes super-mods just get a bit pissed off with explaining their every action to people who have it in for us at every turn. We do a really good job on here ... keeping the site spam - free & sorting out stuff behind the scenes. Occasionally we need to make unpopular decisions to ban people but it isn't taken lightly or in malice. & sometimes like above .... it is easier just to be sarcastic ..... especially when you come in from a full day at work to find a board up in arms about a decision that has been taken with their own mods approval
Well Minxy, the 'good job' I'm seeing here is one of avoiding answering the questions. There is still no structure to the disciplinary 'system' currently employed. As I've alluded to earlier, it's like being banged up for life for 3 speedings and a piss in the street. All I'm asking for is transparency, proportion, and even a rudimentary 'escalator'-type list of disciplinary actions. All I've witnessed on this site is 'ban for life' after 'ban for life' issued. There is shocking communication to the other posters, far less the offender themselves.

I recall a conversation we had 2 years ago where you agreed with me & told me that the Supermods were keen to implement such a system. Not that keen, obviously. <doh>
