@Hoddle Is A God - Honour your bet, please. It's been proved without doubt that you've gone back on it.

This board has a code as far as I'm concerned, you've gone against that and let down everybody who has backed you up. It's never to late to gain respect back, just do the right thing <ok>

Edit: I change my no vote to a yes vote.

I’ve allowed people to change their votes. As some might want to review their decision in the face of this evidence.
 
Changed my vote due to damning new evidence brought forward by the prosecution.

Spot on and therefore not ambiguous. The bet was to go for 4 years - Leicester have to survive for 4 years before the bet is lost. Only someone with an agenda would see it otherwise.

Any reason you've done it as a screen print and not a link? I mean, I know you wouldn't amend it to change the meaning but.....actually I don't know that.

Wrong.

I agreed to the bet that you summarised.

If Bambi is not offering that bet, then there clearly is no bet.

I do not want to substitute the bet with any other bet.

If Bambi lacks the stones to go with the bet that you summarised, then the bet is void.

It’s a shame that he lacks confidence in his club to the extent that he believes they will be relegated within 4 seasons.

They wont back HIAG on the point at hand, because inevitably he is wrong 90% of the time and they dont want to look a ****, but they will chime in and say something against HIAG's opponent that is a cuss, but has **** all to do with the argument

No one asked you to, just to stick to the bet you both agreed on

I remember when the exchange took place, and iirc I also backed you on that occasion because it seemed clear to me that you had misunderstood the terms of the bet.
Fosse was saying that for 4 years, every time Leicester are NOT relegated, you have to change your avatar for a month, each time they stay up, BUT if they go down within those 4 years, Fosse changes his avatar for a whole year.
I thought that you didnt understand that he was saying you change your avatar every season they dont go down (so 4 times, provided they stay up in all those years), and you agreed on the bet not knowing that (though that is clearly what he said).

But Piskies post shows you DID understand the terms of the bet and were just welching.

Seems the lads have spoken and when Saffy changes his vote it will read 17 for and just 7 against but would have been more damning without one political abstainee and a sycophantic Spud.

All down to @brb now...<whistle>

One thing we know about HIAG is that he won't let Piskie summarise **** on his behalf. Also why is Piskie not giving a link to the original exchange. I suspect he knows it will look very different to how he is presenting it here. Don't have to be Perry Mason to get HIAG cleared of this one. Apart from anything, HIAG is hard to tie down on a bet, but he is suddenly going to agree to a stupid bet that means he loses his avatar potentially 4 times. Never.

The board jury isn't impartial and so cannot convict.
