Hi guys

Had a few texts from Steve / Chippy today. He goes in tomorrow to have a benign tomour removed and some reconstructive work on his kidney. If that fails he will need a transplant. He is pleased that it has come around so quickly but sad that the opportunity arose because someone else didn’t make it.

I asked if he wanted you updating and he was fine with it but only wanted it putting on this thread “the only one worth reading”.

I am sure there are many who would like to wish him well and he is definitely following this thread so this is the place to do it.

Despite our "differences" hand on heart I truly would not wish this on anyone and I hope he makes a full and speedy recovery, must be a horrible thing to deal with for both himself and his family.

Tell him he's a bollox and the good news is that I've made the effort to meet up with him for the Brum game.....<ok> Seriously though, hope all goes well for him and I wish him a speedy recovery and a return to not606 because it's all too positive on here for my liking...:emoticon-0105-wink:

He's not going the Brum game,doesnt expect to be well enough.
