Goons got lucky. City decided to take pity and lubed up a bit first before the humping.
A few Goons I know have been asking the same question for years.Serious question... wtf does Steve Bould do other than have his arse permanently glued to his dugout seat looking disinterested? I’m amazed he didn’t get the boot along with the blind professor. Not that I care!
I think it's Lech Poznan's ground.I'm not sure who is the bigger dickhead: the bitter Goon posting this photo claiming it's from NEW ST/\DIUM (it's supposedly from Wisla Krakow's ground) or the gullible morons who believe him
You must log in or register to see media...actually, judging by how they block anyone who corrects them with things such as facts and common sense, it's the bitter Goon posting it

We were outclassed today - but, as I've said on our board, sometimes you just have to accept the opposition are better than you. City will do what they did to us to most teams in the league. And I can almost certainly guarantee we won't be the only top-six side to get schooled by a team of such high technical and physical quality. They beat Chelsea quite comfortably in the Community Shield as well, and although it may be a glorified friendly in a neutral venue, the difference between the two was still eye-opening. !
That's the best opening post I've ever read, challenged only by some of @remembercolinlee Goon matchday threadsA new season is upon us, and already having a Mouser Watch and a Sulilvan and Gold comedy corner, I find myself following through after drinking 4 litres of claret. The diahorrea running down my left leg made me immediately think of l'arse, so please use this thread to discuss all things Woolwich.

Anyone else read that in Ian Dury's north London accent?we were able to spend 'big', decided to spunk it on the likes of Xhaka, Mustafi, Perez, Debuchy, Paulista, Elneny, Welbeck etc. What a waste.

He was still ineffective for England though, as he was played too far forward and Southgate's squad didn't have the quality to pick him out. Also, those of you who are dismissive of Sterling shouldn't be; he has his flaws, but he has come on leaps and bounds since leaving Liverpool. He's still only 23-years old, yet got 26 goals and 13 assists last season. That's damn impressive for a wide player. His pace, dribbling and the fluidity of his movement will cause problems for any defence in Europe. He's a brilliant player.
The word you're looking for is amusing.Whichever way you look at it, it's incredibly frustrating knowing that we moved Stadium, had our austerity years and then, once we were able to spend 'big', decided to spunk it on the likes of Xhaka, Mustafi, Perez, Debuchy, Paulista, Elneny, Welbeck etc. What a waste.

Soldado? Champions League.Well, you as a Spurs fan should be able to empathise with how to waste money. Soldado, Stambouli, Capoue, Paulinho, Chiriches, Sissoko, Fazio, Janssen etc.
Feel free to add to the list![]()
Soldado? Champions League.
Stambouli? Champions League.
Chiriches? Champions League.
Fazio? Champions League.
Paulinho? Was in the Champions League, then buggered off back to China for more bucketloads of cash.
Sissoko and Janssen? Still at Spurs, so Champions League.
I'll give you Capoue, though he's actually a decent Premier League player.
Come on, PNP. A lot of these guys were/are decent players, but they flopped/are flopping at Spurs. I just like saying Champions League a lot!Nice justificationCome on, PNP. A lot of these guys were/are decent players, but they flopped/are flopping at Spurs.
Whether they're playing in the Champions League or not, doesn't change the fact that they have been underwhelming signings. Otherwise, you wouldn't have got rid of most of them.

Calling Audrey, this one could be good..Anyone else read that in Ian Dury's north London accent?
