no idea so Bournemouth 1 v 0 Cardiff

 

This first Prem game must be the most difficult of all to predict - no idea how this will come down at the final whistle but got a feeling NW will go there not to lose it.

I think we can pick up a point so I'll also go for a draw.

Bournemouth 2 - 2 City with Murphy getting one.

 

Giggsy is watching the game tomorrow, so under his watchful eye I am going for a 1 - 1 draw with Morrison to score for City.

 

I'm going for a 3-2 City win.

Just took a call from my brother in law. Got a ticket for tomorrow's game. Albeit in the Bournemouth end.

Have to sit on my hands and button my lips.

Prediction on the basis Bournemouth that the Cherries haven't won their opening Prem League game in their 3 seasons in the top flight - 1.1 with Hoilett to score for us.

A few years ago they refused to serve me in their clubhouse despite it being about 4 hours before the game and I was the only one in the bar. Don't know what they thought I was going to do.

Sheepy - I may regret this but I'm changing my prediction.

I've had a vision of a beaming Warnock in an after match interview celebrating a win.

Same number of goals but now a 1-3 result to City in stead of my original 2-2 draw. I'll stick with Murphy to get one of them.

You have the element of the unknown, which will last you 3 or 4 games, so make the most of it, you have a tough fixture today, Bournemouth play a high tempo game most of the time, last season the only time they failed this was against Southampton towards the end of the season, I think a draw is the best you can get on this away fixture, though they are beatable, but they have really strengthened their squad from last season also, if I was going for a result I would say a 2-1 win to the home team.

Prove me wrong and cause a stir in the PL with your first win, which will be great for momentum and confidence, wish you all the best today...........

Just seen the team Sheepy. Murphy on the bench so I'll change my scorer to Reid.

 

Your strength is you are hard to break down, get to half time without conceding and I think you will be in with a chance, but your back line cannot switch off for a second as they will punish you, they took some big scalps last season..............

 

Just to give you an idea regarding Bournemouth, they took 4 points off Arsenal, 3 off chelsea, 3 off Everton, 3 off West Ham, so no mugs, did you play them in the Cup at all last season?
