Eller’s posts wake me up In fact I have to read them twice just to try and understand the mind of a Brexiteer which is difficult for me as there are only theories
£25m equate that to what has happened on that holy ground? Could we not build upwards A 100 ft tower than has a Eden Project hippy ballon sat on top of it.
David McIntyre is saying Bhatia will take over from Fernandes... https://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/football-tony-fernandes-ami-bhatia-100818
You won't need to worry about the mind of a Brexiteer, because as you keep saying it won't be any concern.
That would make me 100% wrong and as such would be remarkable and unprecedented. I’m all for new experiences, bring it on.
If it does I hope people realise that his father in law only has 11% of the shares, Ruben is the majority shareholder, so Amit would be the public face of the board, not the decision maker. But might be excellent, he was certainly a calming influence last time around. If it’s a sign that he and Mittal are going to be taking a bigger stake in the club I’m in real trouble, because I’ve just been taking the piss out of Goldie and, god forbid, Elllers for suggesting this very thing. **** me this fallibility thing is an odd feeling.
Bloody hell DT has confused me with another thread. Back to QPR. I like Amit but I would ask the question why he went quiet after the fab beginning? Was it because of TF or other things like Snapchat?
So no players in but a change in the board setup, ok then.......... TF May have had his heart in the right place but l think he was a loose cannon. A more stable and yet thorough approach with actual results coming to fruition would be a welcome change. If my memory serves me right, we were searching for a training ground, a new stadium, an actual five year working plan, what else .......
I don't think there's any suggestion that TF is leaving the club, just that he will no longer be Chairman. If he has decided that he doesn't want to take all the online abuse any more, that would be entirely understandable. Of course he could have avoided most of that if he had been less Twittery. Nothing much changes if there is no change of shareholding - he was never sole decision-maker.
