Lucas Perez? £4m from Arsenal to West Ham? That looks a bargain, as for Ings time will tell.
I don't know the circumstances but it is very rare that you get a quality Striker for as little as that, there must've been a reason Arsenal let him go so cheaply like QPR did with Chaz.

Hughes said offers come and go on the last day, but I hope we weren't considering letting Targett go....because if we keep him it would be better for him to think we really wanted him. I'm hoping for good things from Matty this season.
