Tbf, he has signed a new contract since then, so the release clause changed. They obviously rate him highly, though time will tell.

Atleti twisted his arm into signing a new contract - with an €80 mill release clause.

So it’s pay up or **** off...

Kepa is a very good keeper, better than Allison. Fee is mental though, just have to ignore that as all the fees are mental

hopefully signing a striker. Worse case if we don't sign a striker we use king giroud because morata is no good in this current 4-3-3.

Our midfielders don't join up with the strikers well and aren't powerful/scorers.

Our wingers like to dribble and hog the ball and not make runs in behind (except pedro) and require the striker to hold it up and play 1-2's with.

Morata doesn't hold it up and he can't dribble great and has seemingly stopped making runs in behind and just had 0 chemistry with the other wingers. Oh yea and he's 0 confidence and can't shoot for ****

I'd prefer giroud up there

Not necessarily ... the Croatian lad is young enough to be registered in the development squad (as is the lad from Brentford) ... so don't take up places in the 25 man first team squad yet can both play for the first team ...

That said... £80 million for Maguire is madder than £75 million for VVD ... although Maguire has at least shone at International level and in a major tournament ... if United are willing to pay it ... more fool them ... every player has a price ...

Shirt sales don't make teams money. That's a myth.

The shirt company make the money and pay the team a prearranged rate.
 
Anyway let's not forget Maguire is ****ing a block head **** house.

He's Leicester City's level.
