Not a bad swap at all :emoticon-0148-yes:. Got respect for Fulton nonetheless, just not the prospect we thought.

Same story here, could never get seats together, I have a few season ticket mates, so we did see a few games together when they were not using them........<ok>

What is the point of Contracts i ask ??....If the club dont honour J A Contract right down to the letter he would be right up in arms and the club would be in serious trouble, It makes me so angry that the reverse dont happen to J A by not only the club but by FIFA also.....I would love the club to make a stand and tell him he is going nowhere at any price and if he does not train with the First team then he must train on his own at substantial reduced wages and should he refuse that then no wages and bonuses will be paid.....Fcuk him he must learn that no individual is bigger than the club when under contract.......I think i recall Liverpool doing that with the Biter when he refused to train during his lengthy ban for biting......He eventually came to his senses when he was not being paid and ended up having his best season and top scorer......Players must honour their contracts once they sign even if they have a release clause inserted.....We have let far to many players dictate to the club and refused to train or play when other teams want them like for instance Gylfi for one......Contracts must be honoured period unless the club agrees they can leave.......I would have not let Fab leave this season and would have made him stay for one more season and to let him leave for as little as £7m was madness....

Seems very similar to the Gylfi Siggurdson scenario last season.

Two players who were no problem throughout the season, but then go on "strike" due to off the field shenanigans.

It would be interesting to hear both their stories to hear why they both behaved so out of character.

    I'd hazard a guess there's one common denominator.....<laugh>

    Per the Beeb:

“Swansea City are understood to be facing competition from Championship rivals Ipswich Town for Welsh international Declan John.

BBC Sport has learned Rangers are prepared to allow the 23-year-old to leave on loan.

John joined Rangers last summer from Cardiff City on loan, before a agreeing a permanent deal in December.

He made 25 League starts for the Scottish Premier Division club but is on the radar of Swansea manager Graham Potter, with Ipswich also keen.”

I 100% agree with you, the problem is then you have the PFA getting involved and backing the players, instead of kicking them up the arse and telling them to get back to work. For me **** him let him rot.

Now that is a great central 3 if we had Woods, Fer and Celina better than we had for years in the PL probably. another striker and will be relatively happy with the squad, Although not convinced with Norsdfelt.

    I’m with you re Nordfeldt

If Fernandez goes, we will need a decent replacement

Yes we will need to replace Fernandez if he goes, the problem is our window will be closed and he could go abroad and we would be knackered, it makes no sense to have different transfer windows.

Would sooner Fulton stayed than Clucass but that seems unlikely.

Real shame this, with a little TLC and game time I think Fulton could have a decent size part play here this season and beyond. He's been unlucky though, with clement preferring to place Clucass and his pet, Sanchez, ahead of him in the pecking order. Imo, he was the best of all three, can't blame him for wanting out, if he does. If he goes I wish the best for him

Don't know the full story re J Ayew so can't judge but I seem to remember him throwing his toys out the pram at Villa too? If he did then **** him. If he goes, good riddance, if he don't, make him train on his own.

I've never seen him play, so I couldn't say, but we don't need players already carrying injuries!

Less than 24 hours to go now unless we are going to use the loan market perhaps with a view to buy in January.

Latest rumours are that we’re about to sign Carl Jenkinson from Arsenal with his girlfriend posting pictures of inside the Liberty Stadium on Instagram. However, Swansea have denied the rumour :emoticon-0138-think.
