You can find cùnts saying everything is tickety boo in Britain any time you like. They are called...the media.Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?
You could go onto the streets of Britain and find people who would tell you that Theresa May is doing a wonderful job then post it on Youtube as evidence of a fantastic Britain run by a right-wing Conservative government. There was a time during the 1980s when you could find people in Russia who would tell you that Communism was a wonderful thing. You would see them occasionally on the BBC news. The giveaway that it wasn't so wonderful were the two mile queues behind them as hungry people waited to buy bread.
Of course, the most telling comment underneath that video on Youtube that Mindy posted comes from an actual Venezuelan:

Its amazing how many students, doctors, pensioners, etc get called Far Left because they want a guy as PM who isnt owned by The Sun.

A new party, Chukka Umunna's New Tories, looks like its on the way. This will hurt Labour short term but after the next GE we'll probably never see them again.

Dangerous people these 'far left' individuals who run Norway and Sweden with their substantial state pensions and other benefits! Not to mention the closer multiples of salaries between the poorest paid and the best paid in their national companies as compared to the 200 times+ in the UK and the USA.
That ship has sailed my friend. The UK would rather treat their elderly as a drain on the system and a bunch of benefit scroungers rather than pay them a decent pension from a pot that most of them paid in to for 50 years.
