"Bale to Spurs" is gathering momentum.

I'm expecting Toby to be a make-weight.

Now, wouldn't that be the ultimate "**** you!" to United from Levy!
<laugh>

I think @Matth_2014 would top himself.

Pix would be subjected to a Wum-Roasting, the likes of which will never be repeated on this board!

Bale ain’t going back to Spurs.

How is everybody today?

I read this morning that Spurs activating an extended contract for Alderweireld is impossible because it has no benefit to the player himself unless he is considered a first team regular, which he is not. There is no wage hike in the extension so COAFS will nullify the contract.

Spurs will lose this lad for relative peanuts in January if they don't accept £35-40m for him this summer. Whooooooops Danny boy!

HIAG will be beside himself ... although in fairness that's just an optical illusion ... in reality he's just a bit of a chubster <laugh> <cheers>

Good time to sell Aldeweireld if someone is mug enough to pay crazy money. It would get mocked on here but it’s sensible business from Spurs IMO.

Pixie and his ‘Pede will be livid with you for saying that, Westy.

Particularly as it’s the truth.

Evening standard are saying that he’s expected to leave Spurs before next Thursday’s deadline.
