No surprises in that line up, Vieira is obviously behind Phillips and Forshaw at this moment in time, I’d agree with that, others might not but Bielsa obviously feels that way.

I like this approach, the players will get a full 90 minutes to build fitness and impress, tonight’s team have a great chance to stake a claim for the first team. Bielsa will be looking for who can do it for a full 90 minutes, when the season kicks off he doesn’t want a team to run out of steam with 15 minutes to go.

Let’s trust him, we might not trust Orta but Bielsa thinks outside the box

He seems to be hiding it well.

It's times like this that I tell myself that only one team can be Champions anyhow and that there would be no guarantees even if we did spend a shed load of cash!
