saints fan in peace....

i just wanted to say that i really enjoyed my 1st visit to your stadium, and i was very impressed with the whole set up you have there.

i was particularly impressed with your personnel, and how polite they were. Each steward, ticket booth guy, police officer and even bar staff were all courteous, and seemed genuinely happy to welcome us as supporters.

not sure if its some sort of initiative your club are running, or whether its the norm, but i felt i had to express my gratitude to your setup at the stadium.

having volunteered at St mary's in the past, and visited other stadiums, i can certainly say that it was clearly noticeable and made the difference to the day.

of course, 3 points would have made it better, but i think my fellow saints fans can agree that it was a good day out all in all!

see you in the prem next season!! :)

Great day out and a great game, just a shame we couldn't nick a point at the end.

I'd likely put that down to the new owners. They run thailands duty free shops so they will understand the value of good service and since the club bears their brand all over the place, they'll want to make sure King Power has the correct image.

As soon as I saw you guys with the full away end I had flash backs to Norwich at home last season, best team and fans by a mile, I said to my lads we need to score early to shut you lot up, luckily we did!

A great game and atmosphere as was that Norwich game last season, thanks for the comments and good luck, apart from our trip to yours, would be good if we could finish top two?
 
Love seeing this, Saints fans not arguing with others after a game - probably because we got beaten by a better squad - no bitterness from the other team losing, no bitterness from us because it's an understandable loss! It's great to see fans of different clubs getting on <3

Game of two halfs!

We could have had 5 in 1st, you came back into it and could have scored the same in the 2nd, this is what I pay my money for!
 
Believe it or not NorthLondonSaint, some people are capable of passionately supporting their team and the sport in equal measure. They can shout and scream for their team, take the piss out of the opposition during the game and afterwards, talk to each other like civilised human beings.

This is the norm in just about every other sport except football.

Over the last several years it has become more common in football as well.

Maybe you would prefer a return to those awful days when the majority were fenced in like animals because of the actions of a few?
 
Agreed, I couldnt believe how friendly Leicester fans were in the pub asking for photos with Saints fans aswel. And the Steward wanted to actually take me to my seat not just point me in the direction great day out!
 
it was a great game and a good advert for the championship.
both our clubs will be up there at the sharp end of the season.

In truth guys....most of the teams we have met and used the cross board means of communication, have been very reasonable in my view. What say you lot? You will always get the odd few that want to spoil it but you haven't allowed them to do that. Well done you the fans...........

We have had a few problems with our reserve team on here, maybe Andy King's Crown Jewels could update you on this? Don't think they like him! But most of the time it is good if not better than the original 606.

At least you don't moderated constantly!
