Just highlights Gerrards poor decision imo. Wilson would clearly rather play in the championship than in Scotland and Liverpool would rather we let the player develop in the championship than in Scotland.

To be fair, the Echo said that we were reluctant to send players on loan to Celtic after seeing how Rodgers was using loan signings last season (ie not using them much).

I disagree, loaning players gives them experience if they are good enough they'll come back better players.

The lads that seem to have something about them are still too young so if it works or not is still to be seen.

if I look back at loan watches I am not sure anyone has... but then klopp has actually virtually bought or retained his entire first 11 so youth might get a few games but establishing yourself is just as hard as elsewhere
