I tried to give England what help I could in the third place game, but it seems, tragically, that my powers are limited to occasionally guessing a correct score rather than ordaining the future. This means I can quit looking into ideal destinations for those convicted of treason. (I'm too compassionate to advocate hanging...pity the poor rope).
