fabinho prob replaces can to play 6 AND compete with henderson.

shaqiri replaces coutinho as sub for salah and mane.

fekir might come to be coutinho no 8 replacement.

if windy goes that's his choice to not fight.

I think we will struggle to shift mingolet personally but we will see. i agree on karius.

I think Wilson will do well but I would agree that ings and origi don't give us cover for firmino adequately.

I'd just say lallana could be back fit this year so that will add and 8 cannot see klopp selling him.

i think that's a bit more balanced squad than last year with enough players but there's still a lack of quality in places

esp second string.

TBF, we had squad depth at the start of last season. It was thread bare by the end because of injuries (Can, Lallana, Ox, Hendo) but, that's what squads are for isn't it?

Sure is, but if the replacement players aren't of the quality of those out injured the rest of the team and our season suffer big time.

everton (clyne klavan ings solanke)
west Brom klavan Moreno ings in.
stoke 3 at back. Moreno. klavan ings came in.
chelsea clyne in, again 3 at back. less changes made


basically they didn't do too well. but as we had zero midfield options we couldn't change those 3 and changed formation instead.

Imo klopp ended up just ignoring ings as an option for cl final and went with solanke as a result of these games.
 
Not displeased with signing. If attitude at previous club was an issue we wouldn't have signed dick van dyke.

As long as he's a prick to the opposition and not the squad I'm grand.

He is not that other Muppet level of attitude we have... what is his name again ... bought him donkeys ago keeps coming back like vaginal thrush?

Bargain of the summer potentially. The more I think about it the more I'm pleased, makes total sense.

He played more minutes last season than any Liverpool player. Interesting stat.

Also - ran further on average than any Liverpool attacker. That's an odd one considering his so called reputation for being lazy?

Lazy is a lazy tag for him. Applied due to his poor attitude in a **** Stoke team.

Good signing imo but then, I said it would be good when we were first linked and not just after it was announced ;)
