    Can't enjoy Russia/Croatia, thanks to one of my cats first making me worried the Croydon Cat Killer got him since I hadn't seen him since 9am...and then, at 7:15pm, half my neighbours saw me give him the sort of bollocking usually reserved for parents when their teenage kids sneak back into the house at 2am so probably think I'm a bit mental.

    Dele's goal pushes Spurs past Barca and into first place by themselves for most goals scored at the World Cup.

    Spurs have more players still competing for the World Cup than any other club.

    In knockout games so far:

    Only two Spurs have lost.

    Only one lost to a team that had fewer Spurs than his team.

    Whatever team had the most past and present Spurs on it has won every game.

    Zhirkov, unfortunately, is suspended for this game. I say unfortunately because my American commentators always pronounce it as "Jerkoff," which I have yet to not find amusing. I keep hoping we'll get something like "Jerkoff with a great finish!" or "Jerkoff picking up the pace."
