How much did that set you back, you had it for a while?
I owned that once. I also owned Old Kent road and Parklane. The waterworks too. A couple of railway stations anaw.
Bought it just over 4 years ago. Set me back a good chunk but it's worth far more now. I'm also only in it about 3 months a year so I rent out the second room. She gets a 2 bed flat pretty much to herself most of the year and it covers my mortgage (almost). I'm happy. Got a two in Aberdeen but they're not worth what they were (luckily still more than I paid but not what they were) but they're always rented out and I just stay in a hotel when back there. Again, covers my mortgages.
