"The Art of Wummery" by HIAG is a timeless classic. It has been studied by Governments keen to improve their statesmanship, just as Machiavelli's "The Prince" has been studied. Mine is probably considered to be the more mature of the two works.

There is no such chapter in the book, Tobias. You must be thinking of the bootlegged copy that was printed by the Pixie-Pede Press. It was riddled with inaccuracies and grammatical errors, and it was profoundly criticised for its verbose language and incessant homo-erotic imagery.
