I think this is pretty good. If Spurs lose Poch I'd expect Arse and Chelsea to finish above them... Other than that I agree with your top 8. Pochs a great manager and I can't see them getting anyone the same quality.
The other 12 I haven't got a clue but your list looks reasonable to me. Most of the bottom half stays pretty close to each other each year you could probably pick them out of a bingo ball machine with equal accuracy.
I probably wouldn't expect Huddersfield so high though. I'd also expect Soton a little higher. We're bound to give them lots of money again at some point this summer to rebuild their squad.

Take the point about a cut off date, hadn't considered that but is it even important? I presumed anyone wanting to have a go would do it before the first game of the season kicked off. I don't even know if too many will be interested anyway so the longer the deadline date the better. I will add a date to the OP. Everything else in the OP stays the same.
