You want me to chose a brutal anti woman anti gay anti free speech anti free thought ideology
Practiced by backwards people in far away lands that are constantly persecuting ethnics?

I think I'll pass m8

I live in stoke mate, is that really a far away land?

FYI don't be taken in by the likes of Tommy Robinson or cultural practices free speech is a given in islam

I'm good...loaded up for the day ahead...think I'll pop into the Coop and get me a chocolate fudge cake tomorrow.

Cinnamon swirls work well when one has the munchies

I haven't an overly sweet tooth, albeit I like a decent rasmalai, kheer etc

Cinnamon swirls without the icing are spot on for me. Too much chocolate leaves me queezy

Had kheer a few days ago...tasty

Just been catching up on the thread, looks like Dunc is rattled since yesterday, I forgot about his meltdown <laugh>

Didn't mean to do this

Anyway...can never have enough Chocolate...but I keep a tab on it

Greetings from a far-away backward land. Already well into Day 12 here and only thing I am missing are my morning Cappuccinos.

Spurlock - you still going to the gym or had to rein it in?

I'm missing my Chai in the Tassimo!

I've had some days off where I just don't have the energy...last went on Friday

You?

Down to three sessions a week but have a Muslim personal trainer so he knows to tone it down a bit. Less cardio more core. Normally do it two hrs before Maghrib - then have a short run and shower and can eat almost straight away so not dehydrated for long.

Is Chai milky tea? Like Teh Tarik?

Yeah I'll do weights more than on the runner where obviously I'd sweat too much.

Yeah it's milky tea with a few spices such as cinnamon, cardamom etc thrown in for that bite...it's nice n creamy if done right.

I don't know Teh Tarik, a tea native to you?
