Well I still think he is a diver, but well done to Ashley Young on getting a place in the World Cup squad. He has come on well in his deeper role, but I am not sure he really is a natural defender at this level.
Seems to have developed into the role but maybe shows the lack of full back options for club and country?!

The reply is easily lipread. It was “You’re staying!” We guessed there had been some banter with the owner about whether he would be manager in the Prem if he got them promoted.

I have never really seen the Under 21s play - I presume they don't have the same style and tactics as Aidy employed with us as not sure that would go down well with the FA.
