In future I'd like Uefa to make it a part of bidding for the Finals that Mayors (or city governing bodies) ensure that Hotel prices must remain a constant and reasonable.
Wont happen cause Fifa and Uefa couldn't give a **** about the fans
I think that's an excellent improvement to the bidding process.
People need to recognise that gougers have to be eliminated
No but the empty seats in the stadium, crap atmosphere because there's 12 fans and they're all 50m from the pitch, and bad press for UEFA and Kiev will hopefully mean they think twice before being quite as bent as this again
Looking forward to Klopp being fined by UEFA for saying when we win that it's a shame more fans couldn't be there to see it
Unfortunately unless the city gets all private business on board they'll charge what they like. Can't force them to do it. It's the same principle as July/August price rises or Christmas/Valentine's weekends. .etc.
Sure even things like internal flights from Belfast to Liverpool/Manchester double when the teams are at home... (I assume other city to city flights do the same)
Sure UEFA wants to take the CL final to places like New York! Which tells you exactly where they factor the fans in.

the guy i missed was none other than the ginger wonder jon arne riise. Forgot that guy spanned many a manager and yes garcia was on eof the few i got first. He got some important goals, the ghost goal and was it him that did the wonder strike against juve

Bit embarrassing if you're a Liverpool fan and don't get them all tbh
I worked my way through the team from keeper to striker. Only bit I got wrong was I put Cisse before Baros
I got 10 pretty quick... Still had a minute... Kept scratching my head... Who had I missed.
Finally gave up...
... I had forgot to include a Goal Keeper.
. Of course we played with a goal keeper.If you had asked who was our goalie I would have said Dudek pretty quick...
Baros was the hardest one for me to remember. Took me a while. I knew it wasn't Cisse, but Cisse kept coming to mind too. When I associate a pre-Torres striker with Rafa, Cisse is the obvious name.

Yup, was my issue. Knew most of the subs but forgot about little luis!
Perhaps Liz should have ensured all hotels in Windsor area stuck to their standard rates last weekend.
It's a rip off but whats new is the real difference is that Kiev is so far away but hey it aint that new since Man U v Chelsea was in Moscow if i remember correctly.

I kept alternating between Cisse, Crouch and Kuyt but knew the latter two joined the season after and was obviously told Cisse was wrong. Just thought about who we had up front post Owen.
