Football or Soccer as the Americans call it is dead at Tottenham, a ground that started off priced at £400M and ended £850M+ - and not a peep from their supporters, I guess they just ain't very intelligent in North London. NFL is liked by the British and Spurs have opened the gateway to hell for themselves. What with the Wembley for sale board too, wouldn't it be funny if that move in the future busted them! I wonder what we could rename Tottenham?

Spud fans are burying their heads in the sand over this. They’ve gone all dizzy with the thought of a new stadium this idea that ‘we’ll become the dominant force in the next decade’ but have given zero thought to how they are going to pay for a stadium that’s touching £1bn to build and how to sustain a squad that can challenge, whislt paying them a third of what they could earn at a club that actually challenges.
I’ll give it one season at the new stadium and if they are still potless, the exodus will begin. Massive reality check coming up for the likes of HIAG over the next couple of years.
