Back off <laugh> but the top 5 scores include Kane, Vardy and Sterling in 5th. Could England not have a system to include all 3? Kane and Vardy are lethal, probably Vardy more so given how few chances he gets and Kane seem to scores from anyway and everywhere. Both should play
