The German press are linking us with Union Berlin's left-back Krisitan Pederson.

The 23-year-old is a former Danish Under-23 international.

Where does this leave Pearce and De Bock?

Has De Bock been given sufficient time to show us what he can do?

As many of you would have seen last night Southampton beat Swansea at the Liberty Stadium. This puts the Saints three points clear of the Swans, and they have a better goal difference.

It will not help our persuit of Kyle Bartley if Swansea go down for obvious reasons.

How important would Bartley be to Leeds?

Is he worth breaking the bank for?

When was the last time we had a proper club Captain?

Someone who commanded respect, and went about his on field duties competently?

Who should be club Captain next season?

Have you already renewed your season ticket?

At what point will enough be enough, and you walk away from Elland Road?

Have you ever been tempted?

Morning all. Its a big day in Myanmar........

Bartley after 2 serious knee injuries isnt the answer I dont think, even though OI would love it to be. Bartley has not been good enough to get into a struggling Swansea team which may get relegated. If they do go down Swansea may want to keep him as they offload as many high earners as they can.

Captain should never have been Cooper because he aint good enough to play every week. His heart is in the right place but a skipper needs respect from all the players because they are good players to have on the pitch. Cooper was voted on by the players because hes one of the lads. Wrong thing to do and probably the thing that started the downfall of Thomas. Jannson or Ayling for me.

Pearce will have many bad games in his career however good he is. So for me he needs to battle for his place alongside LDB who I believe is a good player, and if we can bring in a good LB great.

Finishing this post on Myanmar as I think Radz has put it together for a punishment for some players. This wouldn't be happening if we were in the top 6 would it and thats what our seasons plans were based upon.....

Morning all.

Pearce is still young and may not be ready for a full season just yet, De Bock needs a good pre season. Wondering more where it would leave Berardi, as we Ayling and Coyle as RB's . Berardi it appears wasn't happy with Radz comments and I can see him being one to go.
Bartley is too much of a risk Imo.

Struggling to remember our last great Captain, who gets it next season would depend on who we sign but as we only seem to be looking at players under 23 it would have to be Jansson.

Not had a ST since 2004/5 but that was more to do with personal reasons than footballing one's.

Good Morning to Matt and co from a sunny Cote de Bardsey
It would appear reading between the lines that De Bock maybe on his way
Bartley is injured so that means we will buy him because we seem to favour injured players .Should we sign him and would it be more difficult if they were relegated why? Surely it would be muCoyle ch easier as they would have 28k a week more I say sorry we cannot afford to carry him.
Club captain after Calamity leaves us Forshaw all day long.
Is Ayling right when he says it was injuries and suspensions that cost us a place in the top 6 .If he is right do we need to buy many players?

Its 1964's Birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
54 years old... heart attack country!

Way past that age Glory.

64 is a 64 y0 today

First Leeds game was 1964 when we beat Grimsby Town

Billy scored & became an instant boyhood hero, Albert & I think Peacock scored the other goals

Today's game between the MNL All Stars and Leeds Utd is being shown FREE on LUTV, though I will try and find, and post a Youtube link to the game just before kick off at 12.30.

“Leeds are playing in the corridor of uncertainty”

Geoffrey boycott... professional Yorkshireman and scum fan. Pick that apart.
